| Enclosed are two photos, one of the Boy Scouts Troop #9 and the ball field at KHS. The scouts met at Emerson Grade School which was located on Hickory St. (I don’t believe the school is still there) The photo was taken about 1937. Sorry I don’t remember all the scouts but I will write down the ones I do remember. The troop was led by John Miller (Scoutmaster) and Art Paolino (Asst. Scoutmaster), they are in the center of the photo. Names I remember are John Mastrianni, Albert Paolino, Buddy Phillips, Mike Sierco, Donald Cooper, Bill Newhouse, Jimmy Wilson, Ray & Mario Paolino, David Bean, John Onembo, John Brobson, Jack Hamilton, Sam Cascino, Vincent Inzinna. John Sierco, Thomas Hope and myself Ralph Ecobelli. If someone remembers being there, they could add to the list. |
